Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Kelmet offers auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing.

🎁 Important: Free AI Credits for All Users

Regardless of your subscription tier, all users receive:

  • 20 free AI Credits upon account creation
  • These credits allow you to test AI-powered features
  • Free credits are PERMANENT and never expire (as long as your account is active)
  • No payment required for free credits

For Email Sign-Up Users:

Before making a purchase (subscription or credit pack), you must verify your email address. This protects your account and ensures you receive purchase confirmations.

Google/Apple Sign-In users: Your email is already verified - you can purchase immediately.

3.1 How It Works

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

4.1 View and Manage

To manage or cancel your subscription:

On iPhone/iPad:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Kelmet
  5. Choose your desired option (Cancel, Change tier, etc.)

4.2 Cancellation

⚠️ Important:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to subscription features until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused time
  • Your initial 20 free permanent credits remain available after cancellation
  • Your purchased credits remain available after cancellation

5. AI Credits and Subscriptions

5.1 Types of Credits and Validity

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Different types of credits have different validity rules.

5.2 Monthly Subscription Credits — How They Work

Your subscription includes a monthly allocation of AI Credits (300 for Essential, 1,000 for Boost).

Key points:

  • Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period
  • At each renewal, you receive a fresh allocation of monthly credits
  • Subscription credits do NOT accumulate from month to month
  • This encourages regular practice and consistent learning

5.3 Permanent Credits — Free & Purchased

Your 20 free registration credits and any credits purchased via Credit Packs are permanent.

  • They never expire as long as your account is active
  • They remain valid whether or not you have an active subscription

5.4 Credit Usage Priority

When you use AI features, credits are consumed in this order:

  1. Monthly subscription credits first (expire soonest)
  2. Purchased credit packs second
  3. Free credits last

This ensures your permanent credits are preserved as long as possible.

5.5 What Happens When You Cancel

If you cancel your subscription:

All refund requests must be submitted to Apple, not to Kelmet.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Kelmet subscription charge
  4. Click "Report a Problem"
  5. Select "Request a Refund"
