How does the learning process work?
KelmetApp uses a progressive learning method combining vocabulary, grammar, and practical exercises. Your progress is saved automatically.
What are AI credits?
AI credits allow you to access advanced features such as pronunciation analysis, role-play conversations, and image-based exercises. New users receive 20 free credits. Premium subscribers receive monthly credits (500 or 1500 depending on their plan).
How do subscriptions work?
KelmetApp offers optional recurring subscriptions. Payments are charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your iPhone settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → KelmetApp.
Does the app require an internet connection?
Most lessons work offline once downloaded. Features using Artificial Intelligence (pronunciation feedback, role-play dialogues, image analysis) require an active internet connection to process data securely.
How can I change my native language?
KelmetApp currently teaches Maltese only. You can change your native language (interface and explanation language) in your profile settings.
Is my data safe?
Yes — security is a priority for us. • All data is encrypted and stored securely. • Audio recordings are deleted immediately after processing. • Payment information is never stored (handled exclusively by Apple). You can read our full Privacy Policy here.
